BRIO Sparkling Soda was developed as a challenger brand in a category dominated by functional and health-forward messaging. The objective was to create a soda that felt joyful and expressive without sacrificing quality, positioning BRIO as a lifestyle-driven alternative to overly clinical or nostalgic competitors.

The brand launched with a curated lineup of bold, fruit-forward flavors, each supported by a color-coded packaging system and an energetic tone of voice. Naming and copy leaned into moments of pleasure and spontaneity, reinforcing BRIO’s role as a feel-good, everyday indulgence. Packaging design balanced strong shelf presence with simplicity, ensuring immediate recognition across retail and digital touchpoints.

From brand strategy to go-to-market storytelling, the project established a flexible foundation for seasonal flavors and future line extensions, while clearly differentiating BRIO within the crowded sparkling beverage space.
